Staff and Members

 

Georgia F.O.G Alliance Chairperson:
Douglas White
Mr. White comes to us from Griffin, Georgia. He is currently the Manager of the FOG Program for the City of Griffin and also works as the Construction Project Manager for Water & Wastewater and Environmental CODE Enforcement Officer.
Mr. White has served on our staff as the Conference Chairperson from 2005 to 2007 and then became the Co-Chairperson from 2007 to 2009 and also served as the interim Chairperson in 2009. He has also been the Georgia F.O.G Alliance website administrator since 2005 to current.
Mr. White also has worked on the rules committee for the Georgia Environmental Protection Division helping to create the requirements for the Georgia Commercial Waste Transporter requirements and law.

Georgia F.O.G Alliance Co-Chairperson:
Butch Smith
Mr. Smith comes to us from Covington, Georgia. He is currently the Environmental Compliance Manager he oversees the industrial pretreatment program ,fog program and the backflow program for the City of Covington. He is a member of the industrial pretreatment commit past president of the ABPA Peach state Chapter. He holds a class 2 wastewater and wastewater lab analyst certification. He is a charter member of the Georgia FOG Alliance.

Georgia F.O.G Alliance Educational Co-Chairperson:
Wayne Robinson
Mr. Robinson comes to us from Stockbridge, Georgia. He is the FOG Inspector for the City of Stockbridge. He is also the Lab analysis for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Safety Cooridnator for the Water and Wastewater Departments. He has 23 years experience in Wastewater Treatment and hold a Class1 Waastewater liscense. He has been married 19 years to a beautiful wife. He has two children and five grandchildren. We are members of Central Community Church in Covington,GA. He has been a member of the Georgia FOG alliance for app, 8 years.

Georgia F.O.G Alliance Conference Co-Chairperson:
Kemnetta Pillette
Mrs. Pillette comes to us from City of Atlanta.  She is currently the Pollution Control Monitor, Chief for the City of Atlanta F.O.G. program.  She supervises the F.O.G. Program’s activities by overseeing the assignment and progress of the P.C. Monitor, Principles & Seniors and assistants the Environmental Compliance Manager to ensure the Consent Decree initiatives are met.  She is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a B.S. in Chemistry. She has served on the Georgia F.O.G. Alliance since 2006.  She is currently working towards the completion of her Level I Georgia Code Enforcement Certification.

Georgia F.O.G Alliance Treasure:
Xavier Davis
Mr. Davis comes to us from Peachtree City, Georgia. He is the GIS Specialist / FOG Program Coordinator with the Peachtree City Water and Sewerage Authority (PCWASA) in Peachtree City, GA. Xavier has been with PCWASA since August 2006. At PCWASA, he is responsible for managing the GIS, FOG, IT, and SCADA programs. Xavier has served as Georgia FOG Alliance Treasurer since 2008 and is also an active member of Georgia URISA.

Georgia F.O.G Alliance Secretary:
Jennifer Flewellen
Jennifer Flewellen comes to us from Clayton County, GA.  She is currently the Environmental Compliance Coordinator for the Clayton County Water Authority.  She oversees the CCWA F.O.G. Program, Industrial Pretreatment Program, and the wastewater lab.  She is a graduate of Mercer University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and is currently working on her Master's Degree in Quality Assurance from Southern Polytechnic University. She has served on the Georgia F.O.G. Alliance since 2007.  She is also a member of the GAWP Lab Committee and Industrial Pretreatment Committee.

Georgia F.O.G Alliance Membership/Scholarship Co-Chairperson:
Shemaria Collins
Mrs. Collins comes to us from Cobb County, Georgia. She is Environmental Compliance Inspector for the Cobb County Water System. Shemaria is a graduate of Rutgers University-The State University of New Jersey where she received her Bachelor’s degree. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree from Mercer University. Shemaria has been with GA F.O.G. Alliance since 2008.
